If you're integrated with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or ResMan, you can now choose to have every maintenance call — emergency or not — automatically submitted as a work order in your property management system.
No more listening to voicemails or manually entering requests. Just toggle it on, and you're done.
How to Turn It On (admins only)
Go to your property dashboard.
Click the gear icon next to the property name.
In the settings panel, find the Enable auto-generated work orders option.
Set to YES or NO.
✅ YES: All maintenance-related calls are automatically submitted as open work orders to your PMS.
❌ NO: Maintenance calls are recorded, but work orders must be submitted by clicking the SUBMIT WORK ORDER button and manually filled out.
Important Notes
Auto-generated work orders apply to all incoming maintenance calls — not just maintenance emergencies.
This feature is only available for properties integrated with Realpage, Yardi, Entrata, or ResMan.
You can turn this setting on or off at any time in your Property Settings.
